This was a private commission to design and deploy a fully operational School Management System for an educational institution. The goal was to replace fragmented manual processes, attendance registers, paper based fee records, physical notice boards with a single, centralised digital platform that every stakeholder in the school could access from one dashboard.
The system was configured, customised, and deployed end-to-end, with distinct access levels built for the institution’s administrators, teachers, students, parents, accountants, and support staff.
The client needed a system that was powerful enough to run every department of their school, yet simple enough that non-technical staff could use it daily without training overhead. The brief covered everything from admissions and attendance to exam management, fee collection, and parent communication.
The approach was to configure a role-based system where each user type admin, teacher, parent, student sees only what is relevant to them, reducing complexity and improving adoption across the institution. Every module was tailored to the client’s existing workflows, and the interface was customised to reflect the school’s own branding and operational structure.
Multi-role access system covering Super Admin, Admin, Teachers, Students, Parents, Accountant, Receptionist and Librarian. Digital admissions and student records management. Automated attendance tracking with parent SMS notifications. Exam scheduling, admit card generation and results publishing. Fee invoicing with multiple payment method support. Class timetable and homework management. Online live class integration. Noticeboard and school wide announcements. Library management with book issue and return tracking. Student and staff ID card generation. Detailed academic and financial analytics dashboard.
The institution moved from entirely manual administration to a fully digital operation. Staff reduced time spent on routine administrative tasks significantly, parents gained real-time visibility into their children’s academic progress, and the school’s leadership gained a clear, data-driven overview of the institution’s performance all from a single platform.
